Brighten your smile
Over time, your teeth will become stained and develop stubborn plaque and tartar build-up, especially in hard to reach places! There’s no better way to brighten up your smile than having your teeth cleaned by your hygienist.
Plaque build-up on your teeth causes tooth decay. Sugary foods cause plaque to build up faster which leads to cavities. Regular brushing and flossing help to keep plaque at bay and a thorough professional dental cleaning sends plaque packing.
Feel healthy all over.
There’s a well-known relationship between your overall health and oral health. Maintaining good oral health has been correlated with lower risks for certain medical diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Early warning signs for some medical conditions may also be detected by dentists during an oral exam.
