Highly experienced in all facets of general dentistry, “Dr. Ameen” is a caring and empathetic dentist who’s passionate about helping his patients achieve healthy and confident smiles for life. After earning his Diploma of Oral Surgery from Baghdad University, Dr. Ameen went on to complete his doctorate at the University of Western Ontario. He has also earned his Diplomate Certificate from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, his Diplomate Certificate from the American Board of Oral Implantologists, and his Fellowship Diploma from The Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow, Scotland. Dr. Ameen also teaches at High Tech Dental Seminars, speaks on full-arch surgery in Canada, Mexico, and the United States, speaks internationally on implants, and is an annual speaker for the Ontario Dental Association.
He’s proud to operate four successful practices across Ontario, including Barton Dental, Sky Dental, and Redwood Dental Centre.
Understanding the incredible and far-reaching impact a confident smile can have on a person’s oral and overall well-being, Dr. Ameen dedicates himself to providing dental experiences that exceed expectations. Focused on helping each patient achieve optimal oral health, he loves delivering services that put people at ease, get them out of pain, protect their smiles, and boost their confidence!
In addition to being dedicated to ongoing education and growing his knowledge, Dr. Ameen also spends much of his free time teaching other dentists about clear aligners, implants, and digital workflow.
Born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, Dr. Istabraq Jasim attended the University of Baghdad, where she acquired her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She moved to North Africa before relocating to Canada, where she finished her board exams at The University of Western Ontario and began working closely alongside Dr. Ameen.
Dr. Jasim loves treating smiles of all ages and enjoys taking the time to get to know each of her patients so she can update and transform smiles with tailored orthodontic care and cosmetic dentistry. She is a proud member of the International Academy of Orthodontics.
When Dr. Jasim isn’t providing her patients with tailored and compassionate dental care, she loves being with her four kids. She also enjoys expressing her creativity as a fashion designer as often as time allows!
Dr. Omar Saddam is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. After earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Saddam practiced internationally for five years before relocating to Canada, where he’s proudly served patients for the past year. Known for his compassionate approach and personalized care, he’s committed to building trust and helping patients understand how to achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
Driven by the belief that everyone deserves a smile that’s free of cavities and full of confidence, Dr. Saddam enjoys guiding patients toward lifelong oral wellness. Whether he’s helping patients eradicate pain or educating them about preventive care, he finds great joy in improving smiles – and lives.
Outside of work, Dr. Saddam prioritizes time with his family. A father of two, he enjoys staying active by going to the gym, travelling, and playing soccer as often as possible.
